Data processing <br\/><\/strong> The Castell\u00f3 d\u2019Emp\u00faries City Council, responsible for the processing, collects only the personal data necessary for the processing of the municipal service required by the user. The total or partial reproduction of the published contents that are not considered as open data in the electronic headquarters is prohibited, according to the provisions of Royal Decree 1495\/2011, of 24 October, implementing Law 37\/2007, on Reuse of public sector information.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>8.<\/strong><strong>Municipal Transparency Portal<br\/><\/strong> Through the information published on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.seu-e.cat\/web\/castellodempuries\/govern-obert-i-transparencia\">Municipal Transparency Portal<\/a>, the City Council regularly and up to date meets the principle of active advertising established by LAW 19\/2014, of 29 December, on Transparency, access to public information and good governance, with the appropriate mechanisms to facilitate accessibility, the interoperability, quality and reuse of information, as well as its identification and location.<\/p>\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\"><strong>9.<\/strong> <strong>Cookies<\/strong><br\/>Cookies are small text files that the browser stores on your computer&#8217;s hard drive and are associated only with an anonymous user. In general, you can accept or reject third-party cookies from your browser settings. In order to offer the best service and facilitate its use, the City Council uses cookies for statistical analysis.
